Her birthday fun!

So on her actual birthday, I took her to see the fish and stuff at the living planet aquarium, we had fun, and she loved touching the fish.
So the bottom middle pic is funny because this is how Ever likes me to read books to her, she holds my finger and points to stuff with it. So funny I think, I have also been letting her sleep in some of my t-shirts lately, I think she looks darling in them!

We had a family party on Saturday, also Jake, Jacy, and cute little Lex came too. It was a lot of fun, we crammed a lot of people in my tiny house, but it turned out good. We had an easter egg hunt for the kids, Ever got a four wheeler, and then she ate her cake. She is such a sweetie, she was pretty honery that day, but she did great. Thanks to all that came and supported her on her birthday!

This is the funniest picture. Tara and I were making dinner sunday night. The boys were in charge and this is what they thought the kids should do. I can't believe that Tegan is in her baby stroller, but look at his arm, he is like lets go!!! I think this is the funniest picture!
Ever has these boots that we love, they are a bit big, but we couldn't resist, snow hit sunday and out came the boots, she will be to big for them next winter. They are a pain to get over her chubby legs but she looks darling in them!
She was so tired during her nap I got her out of bed to get her coat on and she stayed asleep. I love the peaceful look on her face when she sleeps! I just loved her pose!

She's ONE!!

Well I now have a one year old, and I can't believe it. It really is crazy, it flies by. She is so much fun and the light of our lives. We are so in love with her, she probably gets so sick of us kissing her and loving her, but we can't help it.
My sister in law Marci took some darling pictures of her the other day. I love them. It was freezing and we had all of 10 minutes, but it captures Ever perfectly. Thanks Marci, we love them. And Brianna designed the cute header on the top.
She was so tiny, I can't believe she was really that small. Nine days after this picture she was 3 lbs heavier. So I am serious when I say I can't believe it, it didn't last long at all. But she was so sweet then, and still is!
I am going to try to decide my favorite picture from each month, I want to see how she has grown, next post!!

St. Patricks day and more

I stinking love this little fart, I could eat her up. I love her more than anything in the whole world, and take entirely to many pictures of her. I can't believe she is going to be one in 3 days, I can't stand it. I love every stage, and don't want to anticipate anything, just enjoy every minute I can, she is such a blessing to Rhett and I, and she makes us so happy. Look at that sweet face, she is such a sweet heart. She has not had nearly as much anger lately, she is minding a bit better, and I have lightened up a bit, she is almost one, still trying to figure stuff out, I think she is going to be a good girl.

I have to say this, the sleeping at night thing is going amazing. We put her in her pack and play at night with a bottle, she falls asleep all by herself, and 3 times now has slept through the night, never wanting in our bed at all. Amazing, I never thought it would happen.
Having my sister across the street is better than I thought, we are together all the time, and I am loving it. It is so nice to have company, and even cooler that I get to see my nephew grow up. He is a doll and getting bigger every day. I love him so much, and Tara, she is a great mommy! Ever is loving it as well, she says auntie now, and loves da baby, that's what she calls Tegan, so funny. I gave her Pigtails the other day, kinda funny, kinda cute I guess!!!
We decided to let Ever open her gift from Grandma and Grandpa Yates today. It is a few days early, but we could not resist, and she loves it. It is a Bitty baby from the american girl doll collection, it has 3 outfits and a blanket, a backpack and more fun things. They got it just right, she loves it, thanks so much guys!(I look sick, just got done running) She is getting excited for her birthday, she will say Happy Bir, doesn't finish that word, but getting better, she says Abcd now, and is trying backpack since she got this cute one. She says stop it sometimes, not the best thing to say, but way funny!

Ever also received a package from Brianna and Amelia, they sent her some really cute bows and a great book, she loves it already! Thanks so much!

Ever and her Grandpa and Grandma Yates, they are so fun with her, she loves them!

Watch my funny kid beat up her baby. This is probably why she thinks it's ok to hit real babies. Oh no, I can't help but laugh though!

Some great things are happening................
1. My sister, her hubby and baby Tegan are going to be steps away from me on wednesday. They are going to be moving here, and found a place pretty much right across the street, I couldn't be more thrilled. Best news I have had in a while. I can't even describe how excited I am to be close to Tara, and especially excited to see Tegan whenever I want. We are going to have so much fun.
2. Ever is sleeping so much better, she actually slept in her pack and play from 9:30 to 6:30 one night and until 5:00 am another, lets hope it sticks.
3. I got the cutest dang picture of her for her bday announcement, I couldn't be happier.
4. I get to see Brianna and Amelia so soon, I can't wait!

11 months

I have one more month until I have a one year old. I can't believe how fast its coming. Every day gets better and better, she keeps us laughing. She talks up a storm, most of the time she sounds like a gremlin, thats what my sister-in-law Marci compared it to, she really does though.

A few of her favorite words are: Dog, Dada, Mama, Water(sounds like watee though), apple(even though she always spits them out, BABY(all the time), Baba, Bu-bye, Duck, Ball, Yay(with claps), Di(thats diaper) owee, and she knows animal sounds for dog, tiger, cat, and cow, sometimes sheep. If she takes her bow out she knows to hand it directly to me, She points to her ears, she wipes her nose if you tell her to, brushes her hair and teeth, she knows teeth, eyes, nose and mouth. She signs more, and thank you(sometimes says thank you to, sounds more like tetu though). She will give her baby a baba, binky, and burp it. She loves books, tubbies, phones, dancing and looking at pictures! She is walking so good. Her poor little knees are all bruised up from the falls but she keeps trying! My favorite is that she will give loves and kisses, she will give me a big hug and say Mama, melts my heart for sure!(this is all for my personal records, I want to remember this stuff.)

I think she is looking so grown up, where is my baby going? She gets more beautiful to me every day. I don't think its possible for Rhett and I to love her more!

I couldn't love her more, but is she to young to get so naughty? Good thing she is stinking cute, I kinda think the tantrums are funny, she is such a faker. Kinda emotional lately, I think it's because she is getting some more, yes more, back teeth, oowweee. She is going to have a full mouth of teeth by her first birthday. I try to ignore these, I am not even sure all the time why she is having one, if I know I try to talk to her, but it is not that easy to discuss something with a ten month old. Oh I love her. She's hilarious!
