Leaves

Lets just say, we have a TON! We love our trees but they don't love us in the fall. Luckily Ever finds joy in almost anything and she thinks they are awesome. She really loves to mess up daddy's raked up piles. It is quite funny to watch him rake and her follow behind throwing them around.

I hope she knows how much I love her. Her time as the only child is coming to an end. I can't help but feel a little sad that it won't just be me and her anymore.(this does not mean I can't wait for my little boy to be here) More for my sake I think, she is getting so old and the closer the baby is to being here, the closer she is to being 3. I want her to be little forever. I am trying to enjoy things I won't get to always do with two kids. I have been trying to take her to do a lot of stuff lately, also laying by her at nap time, watching cartoons with her, and anything she really asks me to do. I sure love her more than I can say, she will always be my baby, no matter how old she gets. I sure love watching her grow though. She is beautiful!

Rambling!

I grabbed this little dress at the disney store for Ever while in Vegas. I am really tired of the cinderella jammies we got at disneyland. She likes them but I am realizing she is really picky. She said they don't work because they are not long enough. She thinks it is not a princess dress unless it touches her feet I think. Every time I get her dressed she has a problem, jeans are boy pants, dresses are not dresses if they have leggings under them, her boots make her feet tired. It goes on and on. She cracks me up.

This is what it is like trying to get a picture of her lately. She is a stinker. Oh well, who wants a cheesy smile in every picture anyway. I am loving her green eyes. I hope and think they will stay that way.

She is such a big girl still, she looks like she is at least 3 or 4 most the time. Wont even be 3 for another 5 months. She wears a 3t and sometimes 4t. Her shoe size is an 8 1/2. Same size as her 4 1/2 year old cousin. She weighs 33 lbs, and is pretty tall for her age. I wonder if she is going to stay tall. Rhett and I are pretty average, we do have some height on both sides of the family though. It will be interesting to see.

I can't wait to see what her brother will look like. Will he look as much like Rhett as Ever does? Will have black hair and lots of it at birth? I just can't wait to see him. Naming him is becoming quite the issue, we can't settle or decide. We have ideas, but I am sure we will have to see him before we make a decision!

I know I am getting close, but sometimes it seems like it getting farther away. I feel like I have so much I need to do before he is here. 2 MAJOR issues, Ever potty trained, and sleeping in her own bed at night. I am so so so wanting these things done. I am such a slacker lately though, I need a burst of energy and enthusiasm in a major way, hope I find it fast.

October fun

This month has been so fun. We have had tons of stuff to do and it seems like there is a ton of stuff going on! Here is a major recap from the past few weeks!

Park Day
We met at the park for a cousin picnic. Ever loves hanging with her cousins, she talks about it for days after words and has a blast. Thanks to all her cousins for being so good to her, she sure loves you. We always have so much fun when we all get together!
Trying to get a picture of them all is somewhat impossible!

Picking pumpkins
We went to the pumpkin patch to get some pumpkins. It was cold so we were in a hurry. I didn't get a picture of all of them, we all got one though. Even the baby, Ever picked it out for him. She found the tiniest pumpkin there I think, and did everything with it. Now we can't find it and I am a little nervous we won't!

This is her tiny pumpkin!

Then we went to the yogurt stop for ice cream. She likes chocolate just like me. She gets chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate chips and oreos. It's actually to much chocolate for me. She loves picking it out all by herself though.

Pumpkin patch Round 2
They were having pony rides and face painting at the pumpkin patch, we decided to go! Kids loved it and it was only a buck! They were so good to ride all by themselves! they sat so still while getting their faces painted also!

Wig
Ever and I decided to try on Grammy's wig for her halloween costume! It was pretty funny, also decided to get a belly shot while I was at it. I do not like it of course, but here it is at 33 weeks! It is good to have the pictures I suppose, but I think I will cut off my head from now on! haha!
I am carrying this baby a lot different I think. It is more out front, I have a major sway back and my belly button and back are killing me all the time. I can't wait to be done!

Grammy's work
We took the kids to my mom's work friday to see all their costumes and to do a little trick or treating. Ever kept saying are we going to see the witch? When we said we were going to see grammy she said no its the witch. It was fun!

Gardner Village
We had to go there, crowds and all. It didn't disappoint though. They got to go the petting zoo, Ever loved that, and went up to all the animals, Teg was not so sure. He did love the pony rides though as you can see by the pics. Ever loved it to and they had a blast seeing all the witches.

Library
The library has storytime every week, you got to dress up this day, and do a little parade/trick or treating. She loved it, she had met a kid at the park a few days before this and she couldn't wait to see him there, he was curious george and she loved that they were both monkeys! This is the only picture I took unfortunately!

My time out

My amazing mother in law treated me and my sis in law to a great few days in vegas for the time out for women conference. I can't even describe how much fun I had. I think the longest I have been away from Ever is like 16 hours. I was nervous, but I enjoyed myself so much. We laughed non-stop, heard some great messages and just had a great time. I will never forget it.
I am so lucky to have the family that I have. I feel like I have always been apart of their family. They are so good to me and I love them a ton.

Thanks to Rhett and my mom for making it possible for me to go. I appreciate you taking such good care of Ev!

I seriously feel so much more calm and relaxed since I have been back, I needed that time more than I knew. Thanks again Colleen, I had the best time!
